BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to a process plant for machining degreased fur mill, which comprises an inner skin side and an outer fur side as well as an upper end portion and an oppositely located lower end portion as well as a front side and a back side, and the processing plant comprising at least one station comprising a clamping element such as a tane. and / or grab assemblies, and that at least one station comprises a wetting unit for supplying water and / or water vapor to the upper and / or lower end of the fur mill and further to the fur side of the fur mill.
It is known to extend fur mills such as mink, where the extent of the fur mill is usually done according to a method which comprises placing the fur mill on a so-called tane, after which the tanner with the fur mill is placed in a so-called tanning machine which grips the bottom of the fur mill. the skin and using, for example, a hydraulic cylinder, mechanically extends the skin with a given force effect. The handling of the skin is manual.
The force applied to the extent of the fur is adjusted so that the skin is stretched to the maximum without damaging it.
After stretching, the fur remains on the tan and is stored while undergoing a drying process.
Fur mills such as mink are, among other things, settled according to the length of the fur mill after its extension, so it is important that the fur mill can be stretched to the maximum without damaging the fur mill. At the same time, the existing process form is manually demanding, which is why the number of skins processed per time unit is relatively low.
W01989 / 112698 discloses a method and apparatus for elongating a skin where a liquid is applied while attempting to extend the skins by a force of force. However, the method is not suitable for the treatment of mink-derived fur.
From WO2006 / 121276, a method of clamping skins is known, and where water / water vapors are sprayed at the same time as the skins are attempted to be extended by force, the skins are applied. However, the method is used for finished and cut skins and is not suitable for machining the raw but degreased skins.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a process plant for the extension of fur mill which increases the maximum length of fur mill and also increases the process speed for the treatment of fur.
This is accomplished by a process plant of the type stated in the preamble and wherein the process plant comprises at least one preferably all station stations comprising a weighing cell for recording the executive force, and the process plant also comprises a control unit which is adapted to control and adjust the force as a function of the registered force. The wetting unit is typically a valve angled so that the air / steam / water from it can hit the upper end portion, and the access hole there to the skin side so that heat and moisture can penetrate the skin side and cause the skin side elasticity to increase. .
In a convenient embodiment according to claim 2, the processing plant comprises several stations which are located in a rotating carousel which rotates continuously by a drive such as a motor, at which the individual stations are arranged to move continuously around and forward in a closed circuit. .
The number of stations is typically 10-15, but can in principle be more or less. As it rotates whereby the stations run in ring, each station will be in use at all times, the station first receiving a skin and during the rotation the skin is extended while a wetting occurs and when it reaches the end of its Round trip, the skin is automatically transferred to a tane and transported from there via a conveyor system. Next, a new fur is hung in the released station. Transmitted on the tan, a further extension may take place at the same time as a wetting of the skin takes place on the tan.
In a further convenient embodiment according to claim 3, each station comprises a lower retaining assembly adapted to grip the lower end portion of the fur mill and an upper retaining assembly adapted to grip the upper end portion of the fur mill, the upper retaining assembly located at a distance from it. lower assembly, and that the processing plant comprises a force means which, upon actuation, moves the upper and / or lower restraint assembly so that an increased distance between the two restraint assemblies occurs.
In a further convenient embodiment according to claim 4, the processing plant comprises a conveyor for conveying tans, which conveyer comprises an inlet groove for continuous insertion of the tans into a peripheral groove of the conveyor such as located in a peripheral part of the revolving carousel and the conveyor also comprises an outlet groove. for the continuous removal of the tans from the circumferential groove, and that the processing plant further comprises gripping means for downwardly extending an extended coat mill over a tane as well as a fixing device for fixing the lower end portion of the extended coat mill to the tane.
This provides a fully automatic system for the treatment of leatherwork. By placing a conveyer in conjunction with a carousel with the innovative stations, it is ensured that the finished stretched furs can be processed in an automated after-process so that the amount of manual work is significantly reduced.
The new and innovative process and design of supplying water / water vapor can also be used by known methods for extending fur mills on tans, the fur mill being passed down over a tane in a known manner, and water / steam steam is now supplied to the interior of the fur mill via a valve device. mounted on the tan or by a water valve with outlet opening close to the upper and open end of the coat. The hot water or steam will now moisturize the fur side of the fur mill, thereby increasing the elasticity and therefore the fur can be significantly extended more than is the case if this wetting did not occur. The skin side is wetted with water / water vapor at a temperature between 20 and 200 degrees Celsius, preferably between 60 and 120 degrees Celsius.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, in which
FIG. 1 shows a coat of fur - a furry mink animal - at the sketch level before machining according to the invention takes place
FIG. 2 shows a process plant according to the invention
FIG. 3 shows parts of the process plant according to the invention.
FIG. 4 shows a principle sketch of another embodiment of a feeding system comprising tannery with fur coat and tanning machine provided with wetting system.
FIG. 1 shows a fur mink animal shown at the sketch level prior to machining this takes place in a processing plant 14 according to the invention. The fur mill 1 comprises an upper end portion 2, which is suspended in a station as described below, and an opposite lower end portion 3. The fur mill 1 has an inner side a skin side 6 which has been degreased prior to machining in the processing plant, and an outer fur side 7. In addition, a front face 4 and a back face 5. The longitudinal direction of the coat is indicated by an arrow and extends from the head part (upper end part 2) to the tail part (lower end part 3).
FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 shows a suitable process plant 14 according to the invention for extending a degreased fur mill 1. The processing plant 14 comprises stations 15 for machining the fur mill 1. The stations 15 are located in a rotating carousel 18 which rotates at a constant speed. In the example shown, the carousel is essentially circular but could also assume an oval shape or other geometry. Each station 15 comprises a lower retaining assembly 9 arranged to grip the lower end portion 3 of the coat mill and an upper holding assembly 8 arranged to grip the upper end portion of the coat mill 2. The coat mill 1 can, in principle, reverse. The retaining assemblies are gripping claws which grip the fur mill on the front 4 of the fur mill 1 and on the back 5 of the fur mill respectively. The upper retaining assembly 8 is spaced from the lower assembly 9 substantially equal to the length of the fur animal 1 measured between upper end portion 2 and lower end portion 3.
The processing plant 14 comprises a force means, for example, hydraulic cylinders or an actuator which, upon actuation, moves upper 8 and / or lower retaining assembly / gripper claws 9 so as to create an increased distance between the two retaining assemblies 8,9. Preferably, the lower grip claws 9 are arranged to be able to move in a direction away from the upper 8 grip claws and in a linear motion. When the coat is clamped between the two retaining assemblies 8.9, it will be stretched as the lower gripping claws 9 move downward. The force applied to the fur mill extensively is measured by a weighing cell 10. When a given predetermined force is reached, the movement stops. A control system ensures that the length increase is consistent with the pre-programmed.
During the extension of the skin, water or water vapors are added in the temperature range 20-200 degrees C. By adding water / steam / heat during the extension process it is possible to extend the skins by up to 20% more than if this wetting did not take place. For example, a wetting unit 33 in the form of a nozzle is located at each station 15 and injects steam / water onto the skin side of the fur mill 1. The nozzle sits at the upper retaining assembly 8 so that the water / steam penetrates into the open area of the upper end portion. 2nd
Referring further to FIG. 2 and 3, this also shows that the processing plant 14 comprises tans 11 located on a conveyor 32. A portion of the conveyor 32 is arranged as a peripheral groove 21 in the periphery of the carousel 18 such that the extended coatings 29 are passed over and down over the tanner 11 of the conveyor continuously.
The tanners 11 are continuously fed to the circumferential groove 21 from an inlet groove 20 of the conveyor 32.
At an area C shown with ref. 28, the fur coat 29 is lowered over a tan 11. The processing plant also includes gripping means for the fur coat 29 extended over the tan 11. An extension of the fur mill can be further effected here at the same time as water or steam is applied and under a continued force of force. of the fur mill. Here, also, a fixation takes place at a fixing device for fixing the lower end of part 3 of the fur coat 29 to the tine 11. The fixing device can e.g. be an elastic ring such as an O-ring. The tanner 11 with the fastened skins 29 is removed from the carousel area by continuing the circumferential groove 21 of the coveyer 32 into the outlet groove 22 of the conveyor 32.
From here it is transported to a station comprising a water dryer 27, where the outer coat side of the coat is cleaned by application of water as well as by a brush. The tane 11 is moved to a station where it is taken off the track and where tane 11 and the attached fur coat 29 are transported to a drying station where drying takes place over several days.
Subsequently, the tans 11 are transported back to the conveyor 32 with the elongated and now dried fur mills, where the tan 11 is put on the conveyor 32 and advanced to a skin release unit 30. Here the skins are released from the tan 11 and the finished fur is hung up in a leather suspension 31 and is carried away from the plant, while the tans at the inlet groove 20 are passed on to the carousel 18 and to the peripheral groove 21 and again an extended coat 29 is applied, which is now passed through the subsequent process steps. Conceyer 32 travels in a closed ring at a continuous and uniform speed adapted to the speed at which the carousel 18 with the stations 15 rotates thus, the last station 15 of the cycle of the carousel 18 i.e.. area C may deliver the extended coat 29 to a tane 11 on the conveyor 32.
The process starts by attaching a fur mill 1 in area A and marked 25 with its upper end portion 2 to the upper restraint assembly 8, one set of jaws gripping the front face 4 of the fur mill 1 and another set of jaws gripping the back 5 of the fur mill 1. The starting length of the coat is 11. This takes place while the stations 15 located on the carousel 18 rotate. There are between 10-15 stations 15 on a carousel 18. The station 15 then reaches the next step, as a vertical displacement of the upper retaining assembly 8 occurs along the way, by which the furwork 1 is also moved upwards. At the next step, namely in area B and marked with 26, the lower end portion 3 of the freely hanging fur mill 1 is fastened to a lower restraint unit and according to the same principles as the upper restraint unit.
The station 15 continues its movement around, and water / steam as indicated above to the fur mill 1 is now supplied at the same time as the suspended fur mill is being stretched, providing a given force preferably to the lower restraint assembly - which is then moved downwards - and which is regulated and controlled by the weighing cell and control system. A given weight corresponds to a given lengthening of the skin. The station 15 continues its rotation and reaches the stage where it is extended and must be removed from the station 15 and applied to a tane 11. It takes place in area C and is marked 28. From here, the tan 11 with the extended coat 29 will be passed through the circumferential groove. 21 and the outlet groove 22 for the water ironing station 27 and continue as described above.
The whole process takes place in a continuous forward motion, with the carousel rotating at one speed with its stations and the conveyor advancing the tans at a speed adapted to the carousel and also in a continuous forward motion.
FIG. Figure 4 shows a principle sketch of another embodiment of a feeding system comprising tanner 11 with fur coat 1, The feeding system is controlled by an operator 34, and feeding system and tanning machine 34 are provided with wetting system 33 and everything is controlled from a control unit 17.
Moisture of the skin side as described above occurs while the force is applied to extend the coat. Thereafter, the tans can be passed by the circumferential groove 21 to the ironing station.
